Parkhurst Village Residents’ and Business Owners’ Association (PRABOA) compiles annual financial statements that have been audited in compliancewith the applicable requirements of the PRABOA’s constitution. These are presented every year at our annual general meeting (AGM). Full details of the financial position, results of operations and cash flows of the association are set out in these annual financial statements, which are independently audited. All residents and business owners of Parkhurst are encouraged to attend our AGM, which takes place around November every year. At our AGM we discuss our financial position, going concerns, committee and projects for the year ahead.
