COJ Fault Logging

We’re here to support you with municipal challenges, provided you’re a paying member of PRABOA and follow the steps below:

  1. Report the problem to the relevant City entity, obtain a reference number, and follow up within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Once you have a reference number and 24 hours has passed email us at support@parkhurst.org.za for further support. Include your PRABOA membership number in your email to us. We will track and follow up on the logged fault regularly and within reason, please do the same from your side for a more effective response. 
  3. Once your fault is resolved, let us know we can close the fault on our side.

The kinds of municipal issues we can help you report, track and communicate include:  fault logging related to electricity outages and streetlights, water and sewerage issues, public infrastructure matters within reason such as reporting pothole and pavement maintenance.
