The Parkhurst Bowls and Soccer Club has faced challenges due to unlawful occupants, resulting in increased crime, grime and decreasing property values. PRABOA, in collaboration with neighbouring residents’ associations and support from the Parkview Community Police Forum (CPF), is addressing this issue. The proposed plan involves lobbying the City to enforce its own bylaws, fencing off the area, limiting access, and implementing regular patrols.
