Annual General Meeting 2021
Notice is hereby given that the meeting will be held on
Tuesday 9 November at 18:30
The meeting will be held electronically and you will be advised in due course of the log in details. The log in details will also be available on our website. If it is possible to hold the meeting in person as well, this will be notified on our website.
Agenda
- To receive and, if thought fit, to approve the audited accounts of the Association for the period 1 March 2020 to 28 February 2021.
- To appoint, if thought fit, the Auditor for the current year.
- Note: The committee propose leaving this vacant to allow negotiation with the auditors.
- To discuss and answer questions about matters within the Association’s interests.
- If possible please email any questions in advance.
- To elect committee members
- Any person who desires to be included on the ballot, if not present at the meeting, must submit an acceptance of nomination, in writing.
- There are a number of vacancies for particular functions. Members who are willing to help may contact a committee member to discuss this.

Please note that the audited accounts and other reports prepared by committee members have been, or will be, placed on the website. Members are asked to read these in advance, because they will not be read at the meeting, to save time. Nevertheless, the committee are conscious of their accountability to members. Please remember that many problems are the responsibility of the City of Johannesburg, and may be beyond our influence.
