NOTE: about half of the committee retire each year, in rotation. Members nominated but not present at the meeting must signify in writing their willingness to serve. Members interested in joining the committee are invited to contact the chair in advance to be advised what this entails. Even if you don’t want to join the committee, any help will be welcomed.

The accounts and various reports from committee members will be placed on the website and will not be read to the meeting. Please read them in advance.

Committee members will answer questions and discuss any queries or suggestions.

The committee are aware that residents of Parkhust are lively and constructive. We welcome suggestions and complaints. The committee are aware that there are many suggestions and counter suggestions on a number of issues. This is the best opportunity for ventilating your feelings. If we don’t know, we can’t do anything about it. In order to facilitate discussion, residents may e-mail the chair with questions, etc., in advance, so that these may be grouped, but this is not essential.

The committee welcomes you and asks that you inform neighbours of this meeting. It is essential that the new committee has the broadest support possible to deal with matters on behalf of all residents and users of Parkhurst.
